Yes — backups, HTTPS/SSL setup, and basic hardening are included in Standard/Premium. We also recommend regular offsite backups and optional managed security add-ons.

We prepare metadata, OAI-PMH configuration, and the documentation required for DOAJ/Google Scholar submissions. Acceptance is handled by the index; we assist with quality checks and submission materials.

Standard includes an admin walkthrough and documentation. Premium includes a live training session for editors and admins plus recordings and handover docs.

Yes — we configure DOI display, metadata fields and export formats to match CrossRef/DOI requirements and indexing services.

We can enable ORCID plugins, configure author linking, and advise on ORCID workflows to improve author metadata and discoverability.

OJS supports multiple languages. We can configure localized pages, language fallbacks, and advise on editorial workflows for multilingual submissions.

Custom work (migration, large-scale imports, bespoke themes) is quoted after an initial discovery. We provide clear scope, milestones and a fixed quote whenever possible.

Yes — we offer maintenance plans (monthly/annual) covering updates, security patches, backups and priority support. Ask for SLA options during ordering.

Each package lists included revisions (Basic 1, Standard 2, Premium 4). Additional rounds or scope changes can be added for an agreed fee.

We accept bank transfers and payment gateways as agreed. For international clients we can invoice via PayPal or Stripe (fees may apply). Payment terms are included in the proposal.
